Ruano Mudanzas, a moving company based in Madrid, seeks a Managing Director to lead the organization with a focus on operations, team leadership, and strategic growth. You will report to Group Management and drive both day-to-day performance and long-term value in the Spanish market.

The role requires significant experience in management within the moving/relocation sector, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong commercial mindset and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead and support the local team, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, costs, margins, and profitability; manage suppliers and partners.
