Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, is seeking a Managing Director to lead its moving services, reporting to Group Management. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive business development across Spain, manage the local team, ensure service quality and profitability, and build key client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have significant leadership experience in moving/relocation, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
