Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company, oversee operations, and drive business development within Spain. You will report to Group Management and steer local strategy, managing a team and ensuring high service standards.

The role requires significant management experience in the moving industry, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English. Based in Madrid, with a permanent, full-time contract and a salary up to €55,000 gross plus

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English are required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
