Technogym seeks an energetic Solution Expert to join our Madrid Boutique, blending new business development, field sales, and luxury clienteling. You will cover the region, manage a premium portfolio of products and bespoke wellness solutions, delivering a first-class customer journey in showroom and on-site.

You bring 3–5 years in luxury retail or high-end fitness, a BA/BS in business, and bilingual Spanish/English.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience in luxury retail or premium design sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Professional working proficiency (bilingual level) in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage a premium portfolio of products, services, and bespoke home-design wellness solutions.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in showroom and in the field across Madrid region.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create tailored wellness solutions for high-end clients.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure a seamless, white-glove customer experience.
