You will be the face of the brand, storytelling our heritage and tailoring premium solutions to foster long‑term loyalty. Fluent in Spanish and English, you will thrive in a luxury retail environment and drive customer-centric results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of premium sales or client advising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional background.
• Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive Showroom Sales by welcoming clients, understanding needs, and closing sales to targets.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through service, demos, and brand storytelling.
• Proactive clienteling to attract premium customers and build loyalty.
• Maintain boutique Visual Merchandising standards aligned with global guidelines.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and in-store marketing to capture high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Teleselling, and Digital for a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM (Salesforce).
