Technogym S.p.A. in Barcelona is seeking a creative Wellness Design Specialist to lead interior design for premium wellness spaces, collaborating with customers, architects, and partners.

You will develop tailor-made interior solutions that reflect client vision and Technogym’s design standards. You will design and coordinate interior layouts and 2D/3D visualizations, oversee concept development to on-site supervision, and ensure user-focused experiences across diverse projects in luxury hotels,

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or wellness/hospitality projects.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Experience working on client-facing design projects in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 2D/3D visualization tools.
• Experience with PCon Planner; knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS Max is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design wellness and fitness spaces for customers according to Technogym Wellness Design principles.
• Develop creative interior concepts and customized spatial solutions tailored to each project.
• Produce high-quality 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with customers, architects, consultants, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation phase through site visits and coordination activities to ensure consistency between concept and execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Wellness Design service, enhancing both quality and customer satisfaction.
• Create layouts that optimize flow, functionality, and the end‑user wellness experience.
• Strengthen the perception of Technogym as a premium partner in wellness space design.
