Technogym in Marbella is seeking a responsible Client Advisor to join our Marbella Boutique, delivering an extraordinary in-store experience to our elite clients. You will embody the brand, tell its heritage, and tailor premium solutions to build long-term loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in premium sales or client advising, fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of premium sales or client advising experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, high-end design, or hospitality sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional background.
• Professional working proficiency (bilingual level) in both Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, a natural sales aptitude, and an entrepreneurial approach to developing customer relationships.
• Ability to work with store operations tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive Showroom Sales: Contribute directly to the Marbella Boutique's overall sales performance by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales to achieve targets.
• Deliver the Ultimate Client Experience: Promote a unique, memorable shopping journey through exceptional customer service, engaging product demonstrations, and brand storytelling.
• Proactive Clienteling: Attract new premium customers and nurture relationships with existing ones to cultivate repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Boutique Visual Standards: Ensure the showroom is flawlessly aligned with Technogym's global Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, maintaining a premium and welcoming atmosphere.
• Event & Lead Activation: Actively participate in design events, trade shows, and in-store marketing activities to capture and convert high-quality customer leads.
• Omni-channel Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other consumer sales functions (Field Sales, Teleselling, and Digital) to ensure a fluid and rapid customer journey.
• Operational Precision: Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM system (Salesforce.com), adhere to internal procedures, store security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
