Job summary

Technogym is seeking a responsible Client Advisor for Marbella to deliver an extraordinary, personalized in-store experience to our elite clientele. You will be the face of the Marbella Boutique, turning visits into long-term loyalty through storytelling of our brand heritage and premium solutions.

You will drive showroom sales, ensure a premium shopping journey, and collaborate with omni-channel teams while upholding brand visuals and CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of premium sales or client advising experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional background.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and entrepreneurial approach to client relationships.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales by welcoming clients, understanding needs and closing sales to hit targets.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with storytelling and premium solutions.
• Proactive clienteling to cultivate repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Maintain showroom visuals aligned with global VM guidelines.
• Participate in events and in-store marketing to generate high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Teleselling, and Digital for a seamless journey.
• Keep client records up-to-date in CRM and adhere to procedures.
