WDP is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Madrid and Spain market growth in logistics real estate. You will build the local commercial network, identify opportunities, and translate WDP’s international success into a credible local position.

You will report to the Spain Country Manager, manage first leads, and collaborate with agents, developers, and the legal and project teams to secure sites and negotiations. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics real estate or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build local market position.

Responsabilidades

• Build WDP's local market intelligence and commercial network in Madrid.
• Identify, qualify, and capture first opportunities in Spain.
• Win initial commercial leads and translate international track record into local credibility.
• Maintain relationships with real estate agents and clients throughout the process.
• Develop new sites and pursue acquisitions or built-to-suit opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor logistics sector trends with emphasis on smart buildings and sustainability.
