WDP is expanding its footprint in Spain and seeks a Project Development Manager focused on Valencia and the East Spain logistics corridor. You will build local market intelligence, develop master plans and client-ready concepts, and translate WDP’s international track record into a credible local market position.

Formación

• Master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering—construction-related.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a developer, contractor, or multidisciplinary engineering firm.
• Experience with logistics or industrial real estate is a must.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Master planning and construction concepts for Build‑to‑Suit and conventional warehousing.
• Provide input for financial feasibility studies and integrate energy solutions (PV, batteries, EV).
• Oversee permitting process in collaboration with architects/engineers and external partners.
• Organize requests for proposals and prepare price comparisons for bids; negotiate terms and draft binding contracts.
• Monitor budget, quality, and timeline; report periodically on project status.
• Lead handover processes, final cost calculations, and transfer to the Property Manager.
