AVEC in Madrid is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for digital solutions. The position is hybrid with a base salary of 30,000 EUR/year plus uncapped commissions and requires strong commercial experience, excellent communication, and comfort with cold-calling and KPI-driven performance.

Formación

• Fluent or bilingual English
• Must already live in Spain
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound, call center)
• Strong cold-calling skills and KPI orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience
• Work with auto-assigned leads
• Achieve 80-100 calls/day
• Meet KPIs: calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, MRR
• Ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
