AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to join a fast-paced international sales team. The role is hybrid, focusing on the German market and requires strong commercial drive and ability to handle high call volumes.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from outreach to subscription, conducting demos, handling trials, and collaborating with Customer Experience after signup.

Formación

• German language proficiency (native or bilingual).
• English fluency required.
• Residence in Spain is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience.
• Strong cold-calling skills (80–100 calls/day).
• KPI-driven mindset with targets and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to subscription.
• Conduct demos and client meetings.
• Manage free trials and handover to Customer Experience.
• Work with auto-assigned leads.
• Hit daily call targets and KPIs (demos, trials, MRR).
• Follow ramp-up targets and target-based progression.
