Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive (English-Speaking) to own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to subscription close, in a fast-paced, international environment.

This hybrid role requires native or bilingual English, residing in Spain, and comfort with high-volume outbound calls (80–100/day). Base salary €30,000 + uncapped commissions, with ramp-up and growth opportunities within a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of commercial experience
• Native or bilingual English (US accent)
• Must reside in Spain (no relocation)

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close
• Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription
• Work efficiently with auto-assigned leads
• Handle a high-volume outbound workflow (80-100 calls/day)
• Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
• Progress through ramp-up: 0% (Month 0-1), 30% (Month 2), 60% (Month 3), 100% (Month 4)
