WW Talents in Madrid is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international commercial team. The role focuses on B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, inside sales, and lead generation, with a hybrid work setup in Madrid after an initial onsite period.

You will drive the full customer acquisition journey—from outbound prospecting and cold calls to product demonstrations and converting trials into paying subscriptions.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Based in Spain with full legal right to work.
• 1–6 years of experience in a sales, commercial, or customer-facing role.
• Experience in Account Executive, Business Development, SDR/BDR, Inside Sales, or high-volume Call Center is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end new business sales process.
• Identify and approach prospects through outbound outreach.
• Conduct a high volume of calls, averaging 80–100 per day.
• Qualify prospects and present the product with client demonstrations.
• Support prospects during their free trial and convert to paid subscriptions.
• Drive new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Close new business opportunities and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
