AVEC Human Resources Services in Madrid is hiring an English-speaking Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for digital solutions in a hybrid role. The position requires 1–6 years of commercial experience, strong cold-calling skills, and KPI-driven performance, with availability aligned to US time zones.

Base salary 30,000 EUR/year plus uncapped commissions, with a monthly target and a growth path.

Formación

• Fluent or bilingual English
• Must already live in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound, call center)
• Strong Cold‑calling Skills And KPI Orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience
• Work with auto-assigned leads
• Achieve 80–100 calls/day
• Meet KPIs: calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, MRR
• Ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
