Eleven Labs Inc. is looking for an experienced General Manager based in Madrid to spearhead their country strategy and sales operations. This role focuses on leading sales and implementations while building a high-performing local team.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, particularly in consulting and sales. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a proactive, hands-on approach to generating results.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects.
• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products to enterprises.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Native speaker of the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Country strategy including sales and customer delivery.
• Design optimal pipeline to hit ambitious sales targets.
• Hire founding country team for sales and implementation.
• Define event priorities for brand awareness.
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media.
• Work with partner ecosystem for collaborations and sales opportunities.
• Drive big bets in the country.
