Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to own the ElevenCreative motion across Spain, building pipeline and closing deals with enterprise creative and marketing teams. You’ll sell the ElevenCreative suite and related capabilities, including dubbing and Studio, to enterprise buyers aiming to modernize content production at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools or digital media landscape.
• Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical buyers.
• Comfort building pipeline from scratch in a new market or territory.
• Strong executive presence with VP/C-suite engagement.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue in Spain.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop business cases for senior buyers.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch, including target account identification and outbound sequencing.
• Understand the AI creative landscape and apply it to media, automotive, consumer goods, publishing, or advertising verticals.
• Partner with product, marketing, and solutions engineering to ensure onboarding and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders on AI-driven content production.
• Represent ElevenCreative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
