Amazon in Madrid seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development lead to drive Generative AI adoption for enterprise customers across EMEA. You will own the AI engagement lifecycle, engaging C-suite executives and aligning business needs with AWS AI services and partner solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in BD or enterprise sales, with multi-industry experience and a track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable AI deployments.

Formación

• 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales in technology.
• 5+ years in Financial Services, Software & Internet industries.
• Experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in strategic tech/AI conversations.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-country collaborations to deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the AI engagement lifecycle across Surge accounts, from opportunity to production deployment.
• Lead executive engagements at C-suite and Line-of-Business levels.
• Translate industry challenges into GenAI use cases and align with AWS services and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and orchestrate cross-functional delivery.
