HP SCDS in Madrid is seeking a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to support the Italian market (SEMA). You will lead onboarding, deliver presentations, and provide technical support to sales teams while working in a collaborative Computing team.

This hybrid role requires a degree in IT or systems administration, English at least B2, and a proactive, autonomous mindset. Expect occasional travel to customer sites about 25% of the time as you help deploy and optimize our Control Tower and

• Degree or professional training in IT or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services.
• Deliver presentations, reports, and follow-up sessions.
• Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams.
• Implement solutions tailored to customer projects.
• Lead technical follow-up meetings and lifecycle support.
• Develop expertise on products and solutions.
• Track project progress with customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers in an international environment.
