Mermec is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator to drive field activities in Spain. The role combines hands-on leadership with coordination of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring on-time contract execution while meeting customer expectations.

Your collaboration with the Italian team will help align warranty, commissioning, and training efforts. Willingness to travel nationwide and work night shifts as needed is essential.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent Spanish and English; excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Spain and be based in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as on-site customer point of contact during the project.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and development.
• Monitor team performance.
