Mermec is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator in Madrid to drive on-site project execution across Spain. You will lead a newly formed team with technicians and subcontractors, coordinating activities from planning to delivery, including night shifts and weekends as required.

You will build strong relationships with customers, provide technical advisory, plan logistics, manage spare parts, and support continuous improvement.

Formación

• At least 6 years in electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas roles.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Spain and based in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
