Job summary

TOD'S Group is seeking a dynamic Store Management professional in Madrid to assist the store manager in growing commercial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will implement TOD'S sales policies, supervise staff, and ensure the brand image and service standards across daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of store experience, at least 2 years leading a team, and fluent Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3/4 years store experience
• 2 years minimum team management experience
• Fluent Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in developing commercial strategy and customer experience
• Implement TOD'S sales policy within the store
• Set sales objectives and analyze results periodically
• Execute selling ceremony per Brand guidelines and maintain brand image
• Highlight products following brand visual policy with Visual Merchandising
• Set up CRM actions to grow the customer database
• Coordinate Trade marketing events
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback; propose corrective actions
• Ensure stock management, restocking, inventories, and discrepancy control
• Support and organize staff communications and daily briefings
• Integrate new employees with training on processes and procedures
• Contribute to motivating the sales team and developing staff
