Job summary

TOD’S Group in Barcelona seeks a store manager to lead commercial development and brand experience in a luxury retail setting. This role focuses on driving sales, upholding brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead and coach the team, ensure visual and service excellence, analyze performance data, and work with Marketing and VM to maximize turnover while upholding Tod’s core values.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years minimum team management experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in luxury fashion and high-end retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the store sales turnover and implement Tod’s commercial policy.
• Set sales objectives and periodically analyze results.
• Implement the selling ceremony according to Brand guidelines.
• Highlight products per the brand visual policy in collaboration with VM.
• Implement CRM actions to grow the customer database.
• Coordinate Trade marketing events.
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback; propose actions to exceed targets.
• Ensure correct invoicing and collection procedures; manage stock and inventories.
