Job summary

Sidler SA, on behalf of a prestigious High Luxury Brand, is recruiting a Store Manager for its Madrid boutique. You will oversee all store operations, lead and develop a team of about 17 FTE, and act as a Brand Ambassador delivering flawless client service in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in managerial roles within luxury brands, fluent Spanish and English, strong leadership and people management skills, and a results-driven, client-focused approach to drive

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of managerial experience in luxury brands.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership, people development and team-building abilities.

• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE);
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand;
• Strong Clienteling focus;
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellence in client service;
• Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability;
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and business results;
• Ensure that visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at the highest level;
• Produce reports and specific business analysis.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Fluent spoken Spanish and English;
