Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Retail and at least 2 years in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand.
• Solid understanding of the product and a deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers on the shop floor and provide a unique luxury service.
• Guide sales operations and ensure the selling ceremony complies with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set specific, KPI-based goals and help achieve targets.
• Assist in organizing events and trunk shows to attract new customers and increase loyalty.
• Ensure high standards through Visual Guidelines and regular in-store displays.
• Provide feedback through reports on sales trends, customers, and competitors.
• Motivate and manage the boutique team daily and ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stock department during inventories and support HQ retail procedures.
