Responsibilities

• Lead the business by defining strategies to exceed targets and drive store performance.
• Coach the team to develop action plans and achieve KPI targets including cross-sell and upsell.
• Develop client relationships and deliver outstanding service and after-sales experiences.
• Maintain boutique standards, inventory and cash handling according to company policies.
• Organize local events and share insights with HQ to strengthen brand presence.
