Job summary

Sidler SA, on behalf of a prestigious High Luxury Brand, is recruiting a Store Manager for its Madrid boutique. You will oversee all store operations, lead and develop a team of about 17 FTE, and act as a Brand Ambassador delivering flawless client service in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in managerial roles within luxury brands, fluent Spanish and English, strong leadership and people management skills, and a results-driven, client-focused approach to drive

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of managerial experience in luxury brands.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership, people development and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all store operations and team performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE).
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Brand's Core Values.
• Maintain a strong clienteling focus.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and service excellence.
• Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze business results.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards meet the highest level.
• Produce reports and targeted business analysis.
