DOLCE&GABBANA in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Manager for our store. You will serve as brand ambassador and ensure top-notch service for every customer while driving sales and operational excellence.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, and expertise in client ceremonies, visual merchandising, stock control, and CRM processes. You will mentor staff and coordinate front- and back-of-house activities.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business.
• Visual Merchandising techniques for product presentation.
• Stock management methods and techniques.
• CRM methods and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve the store sales budget.
• Support activities to achieve store business objectives with excellent client experience.
• Coordinate Front of House and Back of House as directed by store management.
• Be a role model for the Sale Staff.
• Oversee Mentoring Program in line with Training guidelines.
