Brunello Cucinelli in the Madrid area is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the boutique, guiding the in-store team and acting as a reference point for customers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Retail with 2+ years in managerial roles within a luxury brand, fluent in Spanish and English, and strong organizational and leadership skills to drive sales and customer experience.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in Retail with at least 2 years in managerial roles in a luxury retail brand.
• Solid understanding of product and a deep knowledge of fashion and luxury sector.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• High flexibility, people management skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor and provide a unique service and shopping experience in line with brand philosophy and CRM guidelines.
• Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and colleagues, actively listening to establish mutual trust.
• Guide sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremony align with company guidelines to provide a special experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set goals based on KPI’s and targets.
• Support the Store Manager in organizing events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to Brunello Cucinelli and to enhance CRM actions.
• Ensure high standards through Visual Guidelines; coordinate team for displays on windows and in-store.
• Enrich boutique presence with Brunello Cucinelli style; keep the team updated on products and new collections.
• Guide the team to maximise sales and performance; report missed opportunities and provide feedback through sales trend reports.
• Manage and motivate the team daily, ensuring continuous feedback and fostering a respectful, collaborative environment.
• Cooperate with stock department, assist during inventories and ensure retail procedures and HQ guidelines are followed.
• Maintain direct contact with headquarters and utilize IT tools including Xstore and Salesforce CRM.
