Las Rozas Village, part of The Bicester Collection, is seeking a Private Clients Advisor to shape relationships with high‑value VIC clients and deliver a personalised luxury journey. You will own a dedicated client portfolio, host private experiences, and drive engagement through specialised services and storytelling.

Based onsite in Las Rozas Village, you will combine sales focus with elevated hospitality to maximise client lifetime value while maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce.

Formación

• Commercial mindset with ability to grow high‑value client relationships.
• Hands‑on clienteling and luxury service experience.
• Strong styling sense and fashion knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop a high‑value VIC client portfolio to drive visits and sales.
• Host clients with bespoke experiences such as private appointments and events.
• Leverage concierge services and client benefits to boost loyalty.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce client profiles for pipeline tracking.
• Monitor personal KPIs and contribute to team targets.
