• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a high-value VIC client portfolio to drive revenue through proactive outreach and structured clienteling.
• Host clients throughout their journey with bespoke experiences such as private appointments and styling sessions.
• Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to maximise engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate client profiles in Salesforce and track interactions for pipeline management.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure all activity is recorded and reportable.
