Valentino in Las Rozas Village seeks a Client Advisor to embody the brand values and deliver an exceptional client experience, from styling to after-sales care. The role focuses on sales achievement, client engagement, and accurate data handling to grow the customer base.

You will showcase Valentino's product knowledge, tell compelling stories, and execute store operations efficiently using the company tools and systems to maintain stock integrity and service quality.

Formación

• Client engagement and retention experience is valued.
• Product knowledge with storytelling capability.
• Operational compliance and stock/process familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to store sales objectives.
• Engage clients through in-store and distance selling channels, developing the existing client base.
• Demonstrate Valentino product knowledge and storytelling to drive cross-sell and loyalty.
• Support stock, cycles, transfers and documentation in line with store procedures.
