Las Rozas Village, part of The Bicester Collection, invites a Private Clients Manager to join our Private Client Services team on-site in Las Rozas Village. You will shape relationships with a dedicated VIC portfolio and deliver a truly personalised luxury journey.

You will host private appointments, fashion workshops and bespoke activations, leveraging storytelling and styling expertise to drive revenue and loyalty while maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce.

Formación

• Commercial mindset with ability to generate sales and build loyalty with high-value clients.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and Personal Shopping with tailored, elevated advice.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own a high-value VIC portfolio and drive revenue through proactive outreach.
• Host clients with bespoke experiences such as private appointments, workshops, and activations.
• Leverage concierge services and events to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce client profiles and track interactions.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to team targets with measurable activity.
