Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the reception team and ensure a seamless guest experience. Based at the Mallorca property, you will supervise check-in/check-out, coordinate with other departments, and uphold the brand's standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a luxury hotel, fluent English and Spanish, strong IT skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
Experience with HMS, Opera, Fidelio or similar PMS.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, night).
Well‑groomed appearance adhering to grooming standards.
Good IT skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the reception team, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Ensure a flawless check‑in and check‑out process.
Liaise effectively with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless guest experience.
Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards, maintaining consistency in guest interactions.
Train and onboard new colleagues, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Execute administrative tasks related to the operation of the reception.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
