Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will be responsible for a flawless check-in/check-out process and guest service throughout their stay.

The role requires good communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work shifts. Based at the Mallorca property, you will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and concierge to ensure guest satisfaction, manage payments and maintain guest records while upholding security

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out for guests.
• Provide attentive service and address guest needs during stay.
• Handle front desk paperwork, bookings and guest records.
