Christian Dior Couture in Madrid seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to lead the Castellana boutique, driving performance and profitability through a strong team, superior service, and strict adherence to luxury standards.

The Store Manager will recruit, train, and coach staff, oversee daily operations, and execute boutique initiatives, while maintaining exemplary client experiences for local and international clientele.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and adapt flexibly to store needs.
• Mentoring and coaching attitude with high emotional intelligence.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; French and additional foreign languages are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design the boutique structure and recruit profiles, building a talent pipeline.
• Drive performance management, develop people, motivate and engage the team.
• Manage day-to-day boutique operations, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Lead regular store meetings on performance, sales training, product knowledge, and ops.
• Analyze data to diagnose issues and plan actions to hit sales targets.
• Set and monitor sales goals for staff and implement strategic plans.
• Improve profitability through continuous KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate CRM and promotion activities for local and international clients.
• Maintain VIP relationships and act as the Maison’s ambassador.
