Christian Dior Couture in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate to join our luxury team. As a Dior Ambassador, you will contribute to the brand’s sales growth within the store while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will build local and international client books, maintain product knowledge, and support back-office with stock and packaging. Fluent Spanish and English, university or fashion school education, and Office 365 skills are preferred.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of the products and selling techniques.
• University education or Fashion school degree is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and basic digital software.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
• Know daily objectives and KPIs and identify customer needs.
• Advise on products and add-on sales, delivering best-in-class service.
• Manage client relationships in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Support back-office tasks including stock updates and packaging.

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our exceptional team at Christian Dior Couture in Madrid.

As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand’s sales growth within the store, representing the brand’s values, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Job responsibilities

You can implement valuable actions and strategies covering the following areas of responsibilities:

SALES

• Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
• Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
• Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales
• Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go to an extra mile
• Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling

MANAGEMENT OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS

• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
• Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
• Problem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client

BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT

• Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessary
• Elaborate and supervise product feedback
• Preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping.

Profile

Requirements

• Preferred experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
