Job summary

Christian Dior in Madrid seeks an Ambassador for the ECI Castellana boutique to lead and optimize performance, develop the store team, and ensure the highest level of customer service in line with Dior standards.

The role focuses on recruiting talent, driving sales through strategic action plans, and maintaining exceptional boutique operations while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the boutique structure and recruit profiles; build a talent pipeline.
• Drive performance management, develop people, motivate and engage the team.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Lead regular store meetings on performance, training, product knowledge, and visuals.
• Analyze boutique data to diagnose issues and define action plans to hit sales targets.
• Set and monitor sales goals for associates; implement strategic plans.
• Optimize performance via KPI monitoring and CRM programs to maximize retention.
• Coordinate promotions, trunk shows, seasonal events, and CRM initiatives.
