HERNO, the Italian luxury brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Madrid boutique. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a small team, and drive exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent client service.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving boutique sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Promote clienteling and long-term client relationships.
• Lead, motivate and develop boutique team.
• Oversee stock management, cash handling, and operations.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
