HERNO, the Italian luxury brand, invites applications for a Full-Time Senior Client Advisor (40h) at its Madrid boutique. You will deliver authentic, personalized service and build lasting relationships with an international clientele.

The role requires passion for fashion, excellent English and Spanish, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Attractive gross salary (€28,000–€32,000) plus commission and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or Client Advisor, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or premium retail sector.
• Strong customer focus and sales-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative approach.
• Genuine passion for fashion, strong aesthetic awareness, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented personality.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Fluency in additional foreign languages, supporting relationships with an international clientele, will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized service and an outstanding shopping experience;
• Build and develop long-lasting client relationships through effective clienteling and storytelling;
• Present HERNO collections, highlighting their distinctive features, quality, innovation, and craftsmanship;
• Understand clients' needs and guide them in selecting the most suitable products;
• Actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets;
• Support Visual Merchandising activities in accordance with company guidelines;
• Handle cash register operations and related sales procedures;
• Ensure the boutique consistently maintains the highest standards of presentation, service, and brand image;
• Work closely with the team and Store Manager, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
