Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. You will handle guest inquiries, arrange reservations, offer local recommendations, and coordinate a range of services to ensure unparalleled experiences for our guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in concierge or front office roles within luxury hospitality, with strong English and Spanish communication, knowledge of local attractions, and comfort with luxury transportation and VIP arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office role within a luxury hotel.
Familiarity with VIP guest handling and exclusive service arrangements.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and luxury services.

Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries and requests, make reservations, and coordinate services.
Welcome guests and provide personalised recommendations and tailored experiences.
Coordinate transportation, personal shopping, and special deliveries.
Liaise with third-party providers to arrange guest itineraries.
Support Head Concierge and assist with mail, messages, and parcels.
