Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the reception team and ensure smooth front desk operations on site in Mallorca. You will oversee check-in/check-out, guest care, and coordination with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a luxury hospitality setting, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HMS, Opera, Fidelio or similar PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the reception team to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Ensure flawless check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and brand standards in guest interactions.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Perform administrative tasks related to front office operations.
