Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca seeks a Guest Relations Agent to join the Guest Relations team. You will engage with guests throughout their stay, identify preferences and ensure a memorable experience.

The role requires coordinating with departments to deliver seamless service and maintaining up-to-date guest profiles in the PMS. We value strong English and Spanish communication, willingness to work in shifts, and a polished appearance.

Formación

• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
• Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct.
• Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Windows and MS Office; familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and communicate guest preferences with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor and update guest profiles in the PMS system with accurate records of preferences and past experiences.
• Prepare personalized letters for guest arrivals.
• Conduct courtesy calls to long-stay guests and those celebrating special occasions.
• Maintain an extremely high standard of personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Guest Relations Manager.
