Job summary

Cheil Spain in Madrid is seeking a Loyalty Account Manager to join our CRM & Loyalty team. You will deliver B2C/B2B loyalty campaigns and incentive plans across multiple channels, managing projects end-to-end and working closely with the client.

You'll build 360º communications from brief to deployment, coordinate with Spain and Portugal clients, and develop campaign strategies to drive engagement, LTV and revenue while maintaining high quality and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client account or campaign management.
• Experience with loyalty programs and relational marketing.
• Data-driven with ability to generate insights.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement loyalty campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate with client in Spain and Portugal.
• Develop content plans and loyalty program dynamics.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign operations and QA.
• Guide clients and handle simple technical queries.
• Establish best-practice framework for efficiency.
• Test and learn to improve performance.
• Manage prizes, reports, registrations, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with digital/eStore/web teams for data strategies.
