Sidler SA, on behalf of a prestigious high luxury brand, seeks a CRM Manager for Iberia & Greece based in Madrid. You will develop and lead CRM and clienteling strategies across Spain, Portugal and Greece, aligning with global brand objectives.

You will analyze clienteling KPIs, drive loyalty initiatives, collaborate with boutique teams, and travel across the markets to roll out best practices and events, ensuring consistent execution and strong commercial performance.

Qualifikationen

• CRM or clienteling experience in luxury brands.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, with KPI and performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with boutiques and teams.
• Willingness to travel across Spain, Portugal and Greece.

• Develop and implement CRM and clienteling strategies across Iberia and Greece.
• Monitor clienteling KPIs and performance across three markets, identifying trends and opportunities.

• Support retail teams in CRM tools adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
