Job summary

TGW Ibérica is seeking a Customer Support IT Technician to join our team in Spain. You will ensure smooth operation of warehouse automation systems, providing remote and on-site technical support, resolving incidents, and maintaining high system availability.

Responsibilities include issue processing, diagnosis, and documentation, with up to 30% travel to customer sites. Strong IT background, SQL, and programming knowledge (C#, Java) are required, plus Spanish and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Languages: Spanish (high) and English (medium).
• Solid IT background with a bachelor’s degree in IT science or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle).
• Knowledge of SQL and programming languages (C#, Java).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jira/TFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle first and second level support issue reception, processing, and documentation.
• Own customer issues and drive resolution.
• Investigate, diagnose, locate, and implement solutions.
• Participate in 24/7 rotating shifts (morning/evening/night).
• Escalate using standard procedures to other teams.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
