Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience with servers, workstations, Cisco LAN/WAN.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019 and Windows 10/11.
• Experience with SQL Server administration and VMware.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and production systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tasks via the IT ticketing system.
• Support end users with workplace technology and training to improve productivity.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, OS, and business applications.
• Monitor and support LAN/WAN infrastructure for network stability and performance.
• Perform system monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Support servers, workstations, laptops, and telecom equipment.
• Resolve production-critical IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare IT equipment inventory and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Support data flow and manufacturing IT operations across shifts.
