Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our on-site IT infrastructure in Alcalá de Henares and across Spain operating at peak performance. You will troubleshoot incidents, support end-user equipment, and participate in IT projects that enhance warehouse operations.

You'll be based on site with regular travel to other operational sites, mentoring technicians, and helping design infrastructure for new buildings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.
• Experience with IP networking fundamentals and TCP/IP, UDP, DNS & DHCP.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Valid EU driver's license.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level), verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-user equipment and your building’s IT infrastructure
• Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings
• Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites
• Train and mentor IT technicians
