Digitain LLC in Alcobendas near Madrid is seeking an IT Specialist (Systems & Network) to ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. This on-site, full-time role offers real impact on daily operations.

You will provide end-to-end support, manage networks and servers, and contribute to documentation and IT governance while collaborating with a supportive team.

Formación

• Degree or vocational IT training (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in IT support, systems or networking roles.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and hardware/configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, servers, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity).
• Install and maintain business apps (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM).
• Manage IT inventory and software licenses.
• Support backup systems and data integrity.
• Maintain technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents).

What will you do?

You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations.

• Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems
• Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end
• Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)
• Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM)
• Managing IT inventory and software licenses
• Supporting backup systems and data integrity
• Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)

What we’re looking for

• Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Windows environments
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Hardware and system configuration
• Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian
