Job summary

Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon on a 12-month full-time contract. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and empathetic solutions across channels.

You'll receive extensive onboarding, health insurance, flight ticket reimbursement, free Portuguese classes and relocation support to help you settle in Lisbon. Shifts are 8 hours on a rotating schedule, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
